Не приобретайте супер-современные и новые вещи. Для ваших клиентов важна чистота и рабочее состояние. Вы можете сэкономить, укомплектовав квартиру мебелью и техникой б/у.

Кадры

На старте, когда бизнесмен сдает посуточно 1-2 квартиры, сотрудники не нужны. Все заботы заключаются в уборке и замене постельного белья после выезда постояльцев. Новых клиентов нужно встречать и сопровождать в квартиру, оформлять договор и передавать ключи.

Рентабельность

Выход на окупаемость зависит от множества факторов. На доходность влияет, сколько средств вы вложили в обустройство квартиры, и какие цены на посуточную аренду установлены в вашем городе.

Следует предлагать клиентам стоимость на 20-25% ниже средней цены номера в отеле вашего города. В среднем по стране предприниматели, работающие в областных центрах, демонстрируют чистый ежемесячный доход с каждой квартиры в размере 15 000-25 000 рублей в зависимости от загруженности.     I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
    I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same
    outcome.
