Бизнес план: как открыть магазин по продаже мотоциклов и скутеров

В последнее время вопрос приобретения мотоцикла для современного человека звучит все более актуально. Этот вид транспорта особенной популярностью пользуется у молодых людей, поскольку доступен по цене, удобен в эксплуатировании, моден в молодежной среде.

На рынке производителей мототехники лидерами являются японцы. Они производят следующие модели: Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Honda и другие. Около 70% мировых продаж приходится на их долю. Российские байкеры познакомились с японской мототехникой еще в 90-е годы, когда в страну были завезены подержанные модели.

Главным поставщиком в «совковое» время была чешская компания, производившая известную марку «Ява» – самый популярный мотоцикл тех лет. К сожалению, эта продукция в Россию больше не завозится.

Среди российских производителей можно назвать всего лишь Ирбитский мотоциклетный завод «Урал» в Свердловской области, который по сей день реализует свою продукцию. Завод им. В.А. Дегтярева, расположенный в г. Коврове Владимирской области, который когда-то успешно занимался мотоциклами «Восход», в настоящее время собирает и продает скутеры «Lifan» из Китая. А завод «Ижеские мотоциклы» (Удмуртия) и вовсе закрылся в 2008 г. 

На сегодняшний день на российских дорогах можно увидеть европейских представителей мотоциклетной промышленности – марки BMW (Германия), Ducati (Италия). 

Давайте подробно разберемся в особенностях этого вида бизнеса. Магазин по продаже мотоциклов и скутеров вполне может стать успешным выгодным делом. С точки зрения экономии денег, мобильности, скорости, мотоциклы и особенно электроскутеры – самое привлекательное средство передвижения. К тому же мотолюбителя не испугают никакие дорожные «пробки».

С чего начать бизнес?

Если ваш стартовый капитал позволяет, на открытие магазина можно представить покупателю различные популярные марки мототехники. Однако розничная цена мотоциклов, порядка 500 000 – 600 000 руб., может «напугать» клиентов. Чтобы данная идея бизнеса стала рентабельной, позаботьтесь, как минимум, о наличии 6-10 популярных моделей, которые встречаются как в электронных, так и традиционных каталогах.

В самом начале бизнеса сделайте акцент на более дешевые популярные машины. В небольших городках (хотя мегаполисы – не исключение!) с каждым годом растет мода на любые виды скутеров. Значит, этот вид транспорта должен стать основой вашего ассортимента.

Далее к ним присоединятся не очень дорогие, но более высокой мощностью скутеры и мотоциклы. Такие модели будут стоить 50 000 – 100 000 руб. Если солидные клиенты требуют определенную модель мотоцикла по цене свыше 200 000 руб., такие машины закупайте исключительно под заказ.

Таким образом, для начального этапа развития этой бизнес-идеи, остановите свой выбор на 10 видах небольших мотоциклов. Их цены должны колебаться в разумных пределах.

Помещение для салона

Магазин по реализации мототехники должен иметь площадь не менее 40 «квадратов». Что касается его расположения – постарайтесь найти как можно дальше от центра города. Оптимальный вариант: вблизи оживленной трассы, с удобной автомобильной стоянкой для клиентов.

Помещение можно «зонировать», т.е. разделить на зоны: выставочный зал для техники, зону продажи сопутствующих товаров, стойки для одежды.
Салон по продаже скутеров и мотоциклов можно очень уютно, а главное – недорого, обустроить. В качестве внутренней отделки используйте кирпич или его имитацию, пригласите местных юных художников расписать граффити. Обставить магазин можно стальной мебелью. Сразу откажитесь от теплых пастельных оттенков, ваши цвета в салоне – черный, серый, темные тона.

Кроме основного товара – мотоциклов, мопедов, скутеров – подумайте о широком спектре аксессуаров для байкеров. Это могут быть противоугонные устройства, шлемы, перчатки, зеркала, наколенники и налокотники, а также одежда (куртки, брюки).

Сразу определитесь, будете ли вы заниматься поставкой запасных частей на мототехнику. Если ваш ответ утвердительный, следующий вопрос: какого производителя вы выберете, на какие виды мотоциклов и в каком количестве. На наш взгляд, продавать мотозапчасти очень выгодно. Параллельно со сбытом мототехники реализация запасных частей будет не обременительна. Это также дополнительный доход. Поскольку мотоциклы ломаются не реже автомобилей, а найти ту или иную деталь для конкретной марки скутера, определенного года выпуска, иногда бывает затруднительно. Следовательно, хозяин двухколесного коня выложит любую сумму, лишь бы приобрести нужную запчасть на ремонт машины. 

Еще один вариант дополнительного заработка в этом виде бизнеса – открытие при салоне мастерской по ремонту и техническому обслуживанию скутеров и мотоциклов. Для этого вам достаточно найти грамотного механика. Идею о таком расширении бизнеса можно не откладывать на скорое будущее.

Интернет-магазин

Как только вы запустите стационарную торговую точку, начинайте готовить интернет-магазин по продаже мототехники. Этот союз реального салона и интернет-шопа, несомненно, может принести большой доход. Привяжите доменное имя сайту к настоящему магазину – и доверие в глазах покупателей вам гарантировано. Вашим товаром заинтересуются, помимо местных жителей, любители мотоциклов из соседних населенных пунктов. География клиентов расширится, что также на руку вашему бизнесу.

Представляйте вашу мототехнику в самом выгодном свете. Для этого пригласите профессионального фотографа, выкладывайте только качественные снимки. Каждую фотографию сопровождайте подробным описанием товара, цены. В интернет-магазине укажите свои контактные данные, режим работы, адрес и карту проезда к магазину. Не забывайте обновлять информацию о рекламных акциях и скидках.

Одновременно с запуском интернет-магазина подумайте о создании профессионального веб-сайта, где ассортимент вашего салона будет представлен во всей красе. На этом ресурсе можно выложить обучающее видео по вождению мототехники, видеосоветы по выбору тех или иных аксессуаров и прочее.

Раскрутка  

На первом этапе продвижения вашего салона по продаже мотоциклов и скутеров целевая аудитория должна узнать о самом факте открытия магазина. Для этого разместите рекламные модули на специализированных сайтах, на городском портале, в социальных сетях.

Позаботьтесь о том, чтобы ваши стенды с логотипами магазина были представлены в дни мотогонок, на музыкальных рок-фестивалях, на тематических презентациях. 

Современные модные скутеры всегда интересуют молодежь. Договоритесь о размещении ваших рекламных баннеров на магазинах молодежной одежды и обуви, спортивных товаров, компьютерной техники. В этих же районах города можно организовать раздачу флаеров.

Итак, предполагаемые расходы этой бизнес-идеи:

Покупка мототехники — около 1 200 000 руб.

Аренда помещения на год — около 500 000 руб.

Ремонт салона — около 100 000 руб.

Качественный сайт — примерно 30 000 руб.

Продвижение и раскрутка – примерно 40 000 руб.

Итого: 1 870 000 руб.

Как видите, расходы серьезные.  Однако правильно поставленный бизнес по продаже мототехники принесет хорошую прибыль. В год продажи могут доходить до 10 млн. руб., даже если накручивать всего 30% на стоимость машин, а также заплатить все необходимые налоги. Чистая прибыль может достигать от 2 млн. до 5 млн. руб. Для серьезных клиентов определенные модели мотоциклов и скутеров можно и на заказ. Не забывайте о возможности дополнительно заработать на запасных частях мототехники. Предварительно обговорите с этим заказчиком марку, модель, желаемый цвет, а также цены и сроки поставки.

5. Задумайтесь, будете ли вести свое дело один, с супругой (семейный бизнес или с надежным товарищем? Каковы масштабы вашего бизнеса?

6. В идеале вам нужно составить бизнес-план, где вы сможете просчитать доходы, чистую прибыль, расходы, и выявить для себя все «плюсы» и «минусы» данного вида бизнеса. Учитывайте аренду и ремонт помещения, зарплату работникам, таможенные сборы и налоги, продвижение в интернете, рекламу. Кроме того, вам придется часто ездить, чтобы заключать контракты на поставку мототехники, так что еще одну расходную статью составят затраты на транспортные услуги/ билеты на дорогу.

Тем не менее, если мототехника – ваша стихия, вас окружают друзья – байкеры, вы прекрасно разбираетесь в этих машинах, вы будете получать удовольствие от работы, ваш бизнес будет процветать и через год-другой себя окупит.
