Дело в том, что ещё не так давно выбор постельного белья был крайне посредственным. Однотипные ткани, невеликий выбор рисунков, узоров и палитры. Сплошь горошинки да цветочки. Но всё изменилось. Теперь посетитель магазина постельного белья может позволить себе провести по несколько часов около витрин, выбирая товар исходя из собственных предпочтений.

На этом и строится бизнес по организации магазина с постельным бельём. Потребителю дают возможность выбирать из огромного ассортимента, что только подстёгивает желание купить себе что-либо приятное и нестандартное.  Да что там говорить, когда можно найти на прилавке даже 3Д постельное бельё? С одной стороны, российские производители не остаются в стороне, да и если брать в пример азиатские товары, то они значительно будут уступать по качеству. Но с другой стороны, именно это качество и привело к тому, что доля импортных вещей на нашем рынке больше. Всё просто. За низким качеством стоят низкие цены, что в современных условиях является на многое влияющим фактором.

Естественно, есть и наоборот, очень дорогие экземпляры, благо рынок подстраивается под все категории покупателей. Но если вы планируете доходное дело, в первую очередь стоит обратить внимание на самую массовую нишу.

Кто покупает постельное бельё?

Знать свою целевую аудиторию – уже полдела.

Но сейчас не те далёкие времена, когда постельное бельё могли позволить себе только знатные вельможи, а комплекты передавались из поколения в поколение. Теперь разброс цен таков, что покупатель даже самого небольшого достатка не позволяет себе спать на голом матрасе.

Да и производители ориентируются на широкий спектр покупательских возможностей. Над постельным бельём трудятся и фабричные рабочие, и дизайнеры высшей категории. Именно отсюда и появляется разброс цен (не считая качества самой ткани).

Для того, чтобы понимать, почему для предпринимателя ассортимент является достаточно важным вопросом мало знать, что постельное бельё бывает от разных производителей и разной ценовой категории. На данный момент времени, на полках магазина можно встретить и другие значимые для потребителя отличия в комплектах спального белья. Так, бывает постельное бельё ежедневное. А бывает – праздничное, для особых дней (Какие именно дни считать особенными, пусть решают за вас сами потребители).

Кроме того, многие магазины отходят от строгого следования правилу одного вида товара. Поэтому на полках можно встретить также другие предметы, которые могут понадобиться именно в спальне.

Определяться заранее с ассортиментом своего будущего товара – важное условие будущего успеха. Потому как в дальнейшем, именно предположительный ассортимент будет влиять на размеры необходимого помещения, поиск поставщиков, которые смогут предоставить нужное качество. Даже часть рекламного бюджета будет формироваться исходя из этого. Так, если среди вашего постельного белья будут ряды дорогих коллекций, то скорее всего эффективной рекламой станет размещение в профильных журналах о доме.

Выбор помещения зависит от нескольких факторов. И первоочередной – ваши возможности. Потому что за любое помещение нужно будет платить арендную плату. Ежемесячно. И если вы изначально нацелились предлагать аудитории вашего магазина большой ассортимент, включающий и дополнительные товары, то нужно будет искать помещение подходящих размеров, где всё это можно будет удобно и доступно разместить. А соответственно возникнет необходимость увеличивать бюджет мероприятия в пунктах ежемесячных трат на аренду.

А может быть наоборот, вашим выбором станет торговля постельным бельём одного поставщика, и тогда достаточно будет небольшого отдела, который не потянет за собой крупных трат.

Выбор поставщика

С выбором поставщиков для дальнейшей работы в нише постельного белья дело обстоит так же как и с выбором помещения. На данный момент, производителей и поставщиков очень много. Как отечественных, так и зарубежных. Естественно ваша цель – найти хорошую оптовую цену, которая при этом не будет означать наплевательское отношение к качеству товара.

Ко всему прочему, не забывайте, что покупка товара у поставщиков, расположенных далеко от вашего местоположения поведёт за собой дополнительные расходы на доставку. То есть из приемлемой ваша цена может перейти в разряд невыгодной и рентабельность всей затеи будет сомнительной.

На данный момент высоко оцениваются иностранные поставщики из таких стран как Турция, Пакистан и Китай. Но также с лёгкостью вы найдёте и предложения от российских производителей. Поэтому стоит заранее провести анализ существующих возможностей и цен. Ещё одним важным критерием работы с поставщиком будет его благонадёжность. Если ваш бизнес станет успешным, вам понадобится бесперебойная поставка товара. Поэтому не брезгуйте любыми отзывами. Хотя они и не будут являться сто процентной гарантией, вы хоть чуть-чуть, но снизите риск.

Реклама

Качественная и продуманная реклама может сделать более успешным любой бизнес. Поэтому отдельным пунктом затрат в вашем бизнес-плане будет стоять продвижение.

Помимо стандартных способов сообщить потенциальному покупателю о своём открытии, обратите внимание на создание интернет-магазина. В первую очередь по той причине, что в наше время это также стало стандартным способом. И фирма, не имеющая своего собственного сайта, пусть даже самого простого с контактной информацией, не будет серьёзно восприниматься.

Интернет-магазин же станет дополнительной возможностью охватить большую аудиторию и повысить продажи. Как минимум, клиенты, которые просто так в реальности возможно и не собрались бы доезжать до вас с другого конца города, смогут выбрать подходящий комплект постельного белья и изменить решение. 

Затраты на открытие магазина постельного белья

По статистике действующих магазинов этой ниши, на старт бизнеса предпринимателю будет достаточно инвестиций в размере 2-х – 3-х миллионов рублей. Однако как уже было замечено выше, многие факторы, в частности ваше местоположение, могут влиять на расходную часть. Поэтому сумма в два – три миллиона лишь среднестатистической.

В эту сумму будут входить:

— Покупка торгового оборудования. Речь о полках, витринах, кассовых аппаратах и прочем. Закладывать придётся порядка 300 тысяч рублей.

— Ремонт помещения под задуманный стиль и необходимые условия. Цена сильно варьируется. От 100 тысяч рублей минимум.

— Но большая часть средств уйдёт, конечно, на оборот товара. Порядка 2-х миллионов рублей для комфортного начала.

Далее можно приблизительно провести расчёты доходной части. Если рассчитывать, что за один месяц вашу точку будут посещать порядка 900 человек, а средний чек составит от двух тысяч рублей, то за один месяц выручка будет около 1,8 миллиона рублей.

Из этих денег нужно будет вычитать ежемесячные расходы:

— Зарплатный фонд

— Коммунальные услуги

— Налоги

— Аренда

— Закупка нового товара

Обойдутся такие статьи расходов минимум в 1,5 миллиона рублей. Соответственно, чистая прибыль будет равняться 300 тысячам рублей (Хотя на деле, скорее всего ближе к 200 тысячам, ведь обязательно нужно учитывать непредвиденные расходы и непостоянство спроса).

Тем не менее, если ответственно отнестись к составлению бизнес-плана, в котором будут учтены не только ваши возможности, но и все, до мельчайших подробностей, возможные затраты, то будет легче высчитать возможную прибыль и оценить рентабельность дела.
